Christlike thoughtfulness will inevitably overtake and displace Radical Christian Nationalism. America’s direction of freedom and democracy will lead to renewed prosperity and progress in the wake of her traditions. Permit me to paraphrase Saint Pope John Paul II, wisdom derived from ‘The Gift of Faith:’

Through prayer, we can unite beyond borders … for moral and spiritual renewal, deepened unity, mutual understanding, peace, and respect for all peoples’ rights.

What was impossible for years has now become a reality.

               How could this happen?

Which coordinates have interposed and contribute to the explanation of the point in which we find ourselves?

It all started with the collapse of … the terrain chosen to build a new world, a new humanity, guided by the prospect of well-being, but with an existential project strictly limited to the earthly horizon [under the guise of a noble Christian pursuit].

This hope turned out to be a tragic utopia because it neglected and disputed some essential aspects of the human person: divine exceptionalism and individual uniqueness, the insatiable desire for freedom and truth, humanity’s innate despair without the transcendent relationship with God.

These dimensions of the person may be denied for a time. But not perpetually, forever! The claim to build a world predicated on doctrinal dogma snubbing God has proved illusory. It cannot be otherwise. Only the timing and methods remain mysterious.

Let’s now levitate and meditate on poetry from Richard Blanco, Civil Engineer and Poet (Full Transcript with Krista Tippett):

“Every story begins inside a story that’s already begun by others. Long before we take our first breath, there’s a plot underway, with characters and a setting we did not choose, but which were chosen for us.

We’re the cure for hatred caused by despair.

We’re the good morning of a bus driver who remembers our name, the tattooed man who gives up his seat on the subway.

We’re every door held open with a smile when we look into each other’s eyes the way we behold the moon.

               We’re the moon.

We’re the promise of one people, one breath declaring to one another: I see you. I need you. I am you.

We hold these truths to be self-evident…

A Theo-geopolitical eye-opener expounded with conviction, common sense, and compassion. With 500+ references, ‘Christian Zionism … Enraptured Around a Golden Calf’ pits the Holy Trinity of Zionism – One Tribe, One Land, One God – against the Holy Trinity of Christianity – ALL people, ALL nations, indeed, glorifying the one ‘I Am’ with many names.
